We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy below regarding exchanges.

1. What We Do Not Offer

Please be aware that we do not offer refunds. All eligible returns will be processed as an exchange for a different size of the same product.

2. Exchange Eligibility

We are happy to offer exchanges for products under the following conditions:

  • Exchanges must be requested within 3 days of the product delivery date.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • We do accept exchanges even if the original packaging has been opened, provided the product itself is in pristine, unused condition.

  • Exchanges are currently offered for the following reason: Size Issue.

Please note: Not all products are eligible for exchange. Eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis.

3. The Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Initiate Request via WhatsApp: Go to the ‘My Account’ page on our website. Click on the ‘Exchange’ button. This will redirect you to our dedicated WhatsApp support number. (If you have no account, simply go to the footer section {bottom section of the website} there you can see-Exchange a Product–  menu item. Click there.)

  2. Provide Details: Send us a message on WhatsApp with your Order ID and the reason for your exchange request.

  3. Ship the Product: Once your exchange request is approved, you will be responsible for shipping the product back to us. Our courier partner does not provide a reverse pickup service.

    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the product until it arrives at our facility.

  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your exchange. You will be notified via email or WhatsApp when your new item is shipped.

4. Exchange Fee

Please note that a small administrative and shipping fee may be applied for all exchange orders. You will be informed of any applicable charges before your exchange is finalized.
