What kind of products do you sell?

We offer a wide range of clothing including kurties, co-ords, sarees, and innerwear collections, T-shirts, skirts etc. Each piece is carefully selected and designed to maintain a balance between cultural elegance and modern-day practicality.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

At the moment, we do not provide COD. All payments must be made online through our secure payment system. This ensures smooth order processing, faster dispatch, and a hassle-free experience for both customers and our team.

Do you offer custom stitching or tailoring?

At the moment, we do not provide custom tailoring. All our products are ready-made and available in standard sizes to ensure quicker delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we deliver only within India. We are working on expanding our services to international locations in the future.

How can I contact customer support?

Shipping & Delivery

Which courier partner do you use?

We ship all orders through DTDC Courier, one of India’s trusted logistics partners. Using a reliable courier helps us maintain timely deliveries and secure shipping across the country.

How long does it take to ship my order?

After you place an order, we take up to 7 business days to process it. During this time, our team carefully inspects the product, ensures quality, packs it safely, and prepares it for dispatch. This ensures that what you receive is of the best quality and reaches you in perfect condition.

How long does delivery take once dispatched?

Once shipped, orders within Kerala are usually delivered in about 2 days, while orders to other states in India may take around 5–6 days depending on the location and courier schedules. Delivery times may vary slightly during festivals or holidays.

What happens if delivery fails?

If the courier cannot deliver your package on the first attempt, they will try again the next day. If the second attempt also fails, the package will be returned to us. In such cases, we will get in touch with you to find the best way to resend the order, but please note that additional shipping charges may apply.

Return & Exchange

Do you accept returns or refunds?

We do not offer refunds or returns. Instead, we provide an exchange option for eligible products. This is because each piece is carefully inspected and shipped, ensuring the highest quality, and we encourage mindful shopping.

What is your exchange policy?

Exchanges are allowed within 3 days of delivery and only in cases of size issues. The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Opened packaging is acceptable, but the product itself should remain undamaged.

How soon will I get my replacement?

Once we receive the item back at our facility, our team inspects it to ensure it meets the exchange conditions. If approved, we will ship your replacement product within a few days and keep you informed during the process. This way, you can be assured that your exchange is handled quickly and transparently.

Is there any exchange fee?

Yes, a small administrative and shipping fee may apply for exchanges. We will always inform you in advance so there are no hidden surprises. The exact fee may vary depending on your location and the shipping method.
