1. General Terms

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

2. Products and Orders

All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at our discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations.

3. Shipping Policy

By placing an order, you agree to our shipping terms:

• Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 7 business days.

• Shipping Partner: We ship orders via DTDC.

• Delivery: Home delivery is provided.

• Delivery Attempts: The courier will attempt delivery twice over two consecutive days. If the customer is unavailable on both attempts, the order will be returned to us, and no refund will be issued.

• Payment: We accept Online Prepaid Payments only. Cash on Delivery is not available.

4. Exchange Policy

We do not provide refunds. Exchanges are offered under specific conditions:

• Timeframe: Exchange requests must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.

• Condition: The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Exchanges are allowed if the packaging is opened but the product is unused.

• Reason: Exchanges are primarily offered for size issues/Damage. Not all products are eligible for exchange.

• Process: To request an exchange, visit the ‘My Account’ page and click the ‘Exchange’ button to be redirected to WhatsApp. Provide your Order ID to initiate the process. The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to us.

• Fee: A small administrative and shipping fee may apply for exchanges.

5. User Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
