We strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Please review the following information about our shipping procedures and timelines.
1. Order Processing Time
After you place an order, please allow up to 7 business days for us to process, pack, and prepare your item(s) for shipment. This time is used for quality checks and careful packaging.
2. Shipping Partner & Delivery Areas
We partner with DTDC as our shipping carrier to deliver your orders.
DTDC provides home delivery.
3. Delivery Attempt Process
The courier executive will attempt to deliver your order at your provided address.
If you are unavailable during the first attempt, they will try to deliver again the next day.
If you are not present to accept the delivery on the subsequent attempt, the package will be returned to our facility.
Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package during the expected delivery timeframe.
4. Estimated Delivery Timelines
Once your order is shipped, please expect delivery within the following timeframes:
Within Kerala: 2 days
Other Indian States: 5 to 6 days
These are estimated timelines and may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or logistics delays.
5. Packaging
We take great care in ensuring your products reach you safely. All items are securely packaged in safe, protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.
6. Payment Method
We currently accept Online Prepaid Payments only. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
7. Order Tracking
Please note that our carrier partner, DTDC, does not automatically send SMS or email tracking updates. For the status of your shipment, please contact our customer service team directly.
